Mr. Tate was one of the pioneers in the pay-per-click advertising industry before the turn of the 21st century. He was one of the first people in the world to gain recognition as a Google AdWords certified partner and started in the internet marketing business before Google was a fledgling start-up.
While Mr. Tate’s specialty is legal and medical marketing, he has overseen campaigns across a wide range of industries, as well as, for some of Americas most widely recognized brands. Mr. Tate was on the forefront of Click-Fraud prevention early on in his career, and was showcased along with James Sokolove by the New York Times concerning the Vioxx scandal, and the fraud surrounding it.
In his free time, he enjoys Weight training, flag football, snowboarding, ATV riding, boating, wine tasting, world traveling and spending time with his beautiful family.
Alex Potenza is a Search Engine Optimization and Pay-Per-Click Manager at Next Level SEM. He specializes in Digital Marketing with a background in PPC advertising, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
Alex is Google AdWords Certified and has assisted clients by managing their advertising budget and implementing ROI-centric strategies. Past experiences include monitoring and managing PPC campaigns, developing SEO strategies, optimizing web pages using white hat SEO tactics, content writing, and social media management. Alex is a proud graduate from Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business where he earned a double major in Marketing and Finance.
In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, playing basketball, and watching his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Hilary Kinzel is the Chief Marketing Officer at Next Level Marketing. With several years of agency experience under her belt, she is well-versed in both paid and organic search for a variety of industries.
When it comes to Search, Hilary has the experience to know which PPC and SEO tactics will be advantageous for clients. For Paid Search, she can recommend the platforms, strategies and bidding methods to get clients the ROI they are looking for. As for Organic Search, she loves digging into the interior of a site and finding opportunities to improve rankings and drive traffic. She is also certified in both Google AdWords and Analytics.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking dinner for her boyfriend then waiting for him to tell her it’s delicious, missing her dog as soon as she shuts the door, starting books and not finishing them, and sitting at the beach with SPF 80 on.
Jackie is a Pay-Per-Click Specialist at Next Level SEM. She specializes in Digital Marketing with a background in PPC advertising, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Video Production.
Jackie is Google AdWords Certified and enjoys creating tailor made campaign strategies. She is also passionate about writing captivating ad copy. In the past, Jackie has spent many years studying and working in Europe. She completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Northern Spain and has work experience in both Barcelona and Southern France. Her exposure to different cultures has helped her gain a greater understanding of businesses’ needs from an international point of view.
In her free time, Jackie loves reading, playing music, speaking French, running, and paddleboarding. She also enjoys Italian espresso a couple of times a day for experiencing superhuman creativity boosts.
Diossley is a Pay-Per-Click Specialist at Next Level SEM. He specializes in Digital Marketing with a background in PPC, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Web Design.
Dio has been certified in both Google AdWords and Google Analytics. His experience includes both technical and creative work. His technical work includes implementing SEM strategies that focus on maximizing ROI, creating paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, using all the latest web technologies (HTML, CSS, PHP, WordPress, etc.) to manipulate websites, and executing a variety of SEO strategies focused on link-building and on-site optimization. On the creative side, Dio’s experience includes designing eye-catching display ads using the Adobe Creative Suite and designing websites, mockups, and landing pages. Dio received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Florida Atlantic University and is currently working on his MBA.
In his free time, Dio enjoys reading, collecting vinyl records, and traveling. He also enjoys wasting his time debating Star Trek.

Mr. Murphy is a founding partner of NLM. He was one of the first people in the country to hand code websites using Extensible HTML, and external CSS style sheets at the age of 16.
He went on to study computer science and mathematics in college before founding his first company at the age of 21. Mr. Murphy has spent years working in, and studying emerging markets including Brazil, and consequently speaks Portuguese fluently.
In his free time, he enjoys snow boarding, sailing, working out, literature, and philosophy.
Ramon Herrera is Chief Strategy Officer for SEO at Next Level Marketing. He is a multi-faceted web marketing force who specializes in white-hat Organic and Paid Search Engine Marketing (SEM), as well as User Experience Optimization (UEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Web Analytics.
Ramon is Google Analytics and AdWords Certified, and in his experience, has managed successful domestic and international search campaigns for multi-million dollar companies in a wide array of verticals. He is passionate about Data Science and SEM as he dedicates himself to building strategies to maximize ROI, exploiting opportunities to enhance overall user experience, and website optimization from a technical standpoint for increased exposure. He is a creative individual who loves to laugh, and bury his head in numbers to have the best understanding of every campaign’s performance.
As a big music person, his free time is taken up by attending various music events, as well as indulging in electronic production and turntablism. Ramon is also a food, coffee & wine enthusiast who loves to travel, and is a sports fanatic. Go Yankees!
Feuza Reis is a Senior Social Media, Graphic Design, and Content Manager here at Next Level SEM. She specializes in Social Media SEO, Content Marketing, Photography, Design, and Blogging. She is a nationally recognized, and highly awarded, professional speaker and blogger.
She was originally born in Brazil and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She has helped hundreds of businesses get found online via organic search and loves all things online marketing. She has taught classes on Pinterest SEO, Blogging SEO, and WordPress SEO. Additionally, she has been featured in dozens of blogs, podcasts, and magazines both national and local. Feuza, also known as Fuse, is super passionate about helping businesses elevate their online presence to the Next Level with strategic and sustainable content marketing and SEO. She is creative, passionate and brings a double dose of humor to the team.
In her free time, Feuza enjoys hanging out with her husband Max, her two boys Lucas and Josh and her fur baby Milo. She also loves the beach, red cabernet, and traveling fuels her soul.
Sam is an SEO/SEM Specialist at Next Level SEM. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kentucky in 2014, and is currently an MBA candidate at Florida International University.
In a past life, Sam was an English Instructor in Russia, where he honed his skills with Russian and became the strict grammarian he is today. So far, he has proven himself to be a hard worker and very eager to learn. His MBA gives him a fundamental appreciation of the ins and outs of running a business, and a bottom-line focus.
In his free time, Sam enjoys reading, writing, taking gratuitous selfies, growing beards, learning languages, sumo wrestling, debating entirely pointless things, and travelling. As a whole, Sam spends too much time on the internet, so he feels right at home at Next Level.
Lauren is a recent graduate of Florida International University, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration. She is not only a Panther, but a Gator as well: she attended the University of Florida for her undergrad, where she earning her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
While at UF, she did an exchange program in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and is now fluent in Portuguese. She loves to travel, and has been to 5 of the 7 continents (the other 2, Asia and Antarctica, are soon to come). The majority of her free time is spent training in Brazilian jiu jitsu, of which she is very passionate about. When she is not at the gym, she is usually playing with her twin nieces or researching for her wellness blog. She loves to try out new healthy recipes, that of which she usually enjoys but her family and friends think otherwise.
Flavia Lima is the Search Engine Marketing intern at Next Level Marketing. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International business from Rider University, as well as several digital marketing certificates.

as well as multiple certifications in digital marketing from Google, Facebook, Hootsuite, Digital Marketer, and other top industry influencers.
Since arriving in Miami from Cuba in 2014, he has won two MBA scholarship contests from The Economist.
Enmanuel has a thorough understanding of social media, search marketing, and content strategies to increase web traffic, sales and brand awareness. As a passionate digital marketer, he has taken on many challenging projects, from a small electrician business to a travel marketplace. In his free time, Enmanuel enjoys being involved in any project to help the Cuban people, especially Cuban entrepreneurs. He always finds time to read a good history book and watch Argentina lose the soccer finals (as a big fan, he is not ready to switch teams, tough).

Bobby Lipton has been designing websites since the 1990’s. His first official client was designing a website for a Congressman in California when he got hooked on creating something new, useful and profitable.
Bobby now focuses his time and effort on WordPress as his platform of choice. He is a WordPress specialist with over eight years of experience designing brand-rich websites for businesses.
Bobby has a MBA in Marketing and International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He gained valuable experience in international Brand Management, marketing Dial, Tone & Coast Soap, Renuzit Air Fresheners and Purex Laundry Detergent for the Dial Corporation. Suffering from cubicle fatigue, he decided to trade in his corporate job for more entrepreneurial pursuits. Bobby has vast experience launching and growing businesses, starting five highly profitable entrepreneurial ventures spanning both products and services.
In his free time, Bobby loves hiking and playing sports with his wife and two young boys, ages 4 and 6. He also spends his time training for ultra-marathons and extreme overnight races.
Lazaro is a Software Engineer with experience in software development, web design, graphic design, database design, software architecture, network administration, digital marketing and social media marketing.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer from Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas and he has advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages and development platforms.
Francielle is a Brazillian national who travels the world adding languages and marketing skills to her resume. She is a social media expert, and currently heads the social networking department at NLM.
She speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Vietnamese. She enjoys traveling, linguistics, playing the violin, and dancing ballet at a semi-professional level.
Maria Toscano is the Social Media & Content Coordinator at Next Level Marketing. She is an MBA graduate at Florida International University who graduated with honors. Maria is eager to learn and ready to apply her business skills to the job.
Her past job experiences include working for a consulting company in Miami and working for the press department at the French Consulate.
In her free time, Maria likes to learn new languages and play the guitar. She also enjoys going to the beach, working out, and playing tennis.
Christian Bauman brings over 10 years of professional copywriting experience as well as 8 years’ in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Search Engine Optimization.
Christian has worked on several notable assignments throughout the years including blogging for CBSSports.com and managing their online user community of over 300,000 users.
Christian served as the Director of Social Media and Community Manager for BattleFrog Series, a notable National Obstacle Course Racing Tour with a popular primetime ESPN show which he helped promote. Christian obsesses over “painting the big picture” and is passionate about overcoming challenges—even if he has to learn how to do it himself.
Landon is a Business Development Manager at Next Level Marketing. He holds his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, with a focus on Entertainment Law and Intellectual Property.
Prior to joining Next Level, Landon worked at United Talent Agency’s Beverly Hills office, where he gained valuable experience across their Licensing, Brand Management, and Digital Media departments. Landon previously worked as a Marketing Manager for Electronic Arts (EA Sports) and as the National Sales Director for TNT Media, where he first met Next Level’s President, Michael Tate.
Landon works out of Next Level’s newly opened Los Angeles office, handling client acquisitions and servicing Next Level’s clients in Southern California.
In his free time, Landon enjoys traveling, reading, playing basketball, and listening to music.
Ms. Clark is the head of account management for Next Level Marketing. She has built, managed, and maintained client relationships across the country, and provided consulting and lead generation services for some of the nations largest firms.
Ms. Clark has overseen millions of dollars in ad spend and always strives to produce the largest ROI — under budget and on time.
In her free time, Ms. Clark she enjoys spending time with her family, attending marketing seminars, and sailing.
